About Veroniek and Silatha

Veroniek is on a mission to create an inclusive workplace where women feel accepted, trusted and valued, at enterprises that believe they can be more successful with an inclusive environment for women. By breaking through the taboos around different women realities like menopause, fertility and PMS.

She is engineer by trade and spent 17+ years in global marketing (with a 2B$ responsibility), and spent the last 10 years immersing herself in the world of meditation and coaching,

She is a ICF Certified coach and lived in different monasteries to reconnect with herself and her true purpose. She is the creator of ‘Anchor Meditation’ method and received many awards during her career including, recently, the Influential Leader Award by BrainzMagazine, next to stars like Jessica Alba, Jay Shetty, Oprah Winfrey and Whitney Wolfe Herd.

It all started in 2012, when she took time out from her career in senior corporate management, for a meditation retreat in Nepal. In the Himalayas, she had a life-changing realisation. She felt what it meant to be in the present moment. By contrast, our modern lifestyles are busy and preoccupied, we spend half of our time thinking about the past or future, rather than being in the moment.

As she understood how meditation enables consciousness and peace of mind,  this motivated her to transform the way she lived.

She continued her learning curve whilst living in monasteries in Vietnam, Japan and Myanmar. At the same time she was seeing what happened in the workplace that is created by men for men, and realised women are not using their full potential, and that the workplace would be better as a whole when women have more direct influence.

She noticed that diverse teams with women make organizations more innovative, productive, collaborative while increasing profitability by 15% and decided to support enterprises that believe they can be more successful when creating an empowering and inclusive environment for women, so that everyone can flourish. This is how Silatha  transformed from a wonderful mediation app to a resource for HR!
